Renaissance Orlando Resort - Disney Springs Area, Lake Buena Vista

My recent stay at the resort was quite mixed. The location is excellent for exploring the area, especially for Disney fans. I had a wonderful experience with the friendly staff at the bar and restaurant, but the room I received fell short of my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. It was frustrating to deal with issues like ants and outdated decor, and my requests for assistance went unanswered.

The check-in experience was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. However, the room itself had some cleanliness issues and was not as updated as I had hoped. Overall, it was a memorable visit and I would consider returning for the incredible hospitality.

My experience at B Spa was mixed. While the location was fantastic and the staff in some areas were genuine, I encountered significant issues with room allocation and service. The amenities didn't match the price tag, and I found myself disappointed with aspects like housekeeping and transportation.
